Clough-Hanson Gallery at Rhodes College announces the 2003 Senior Thesis Exhibition: Forty Fingers
Faris Al-Shathir, Emily Hogue, Patrick McWhirter, and Kelley Van Dyck make up this year’s group of graduating seniors. The show will feature a large-scale piece by Faris Al-Shathir which blurs the line between architecture and furniture making. Emily Hogue will present a life sized photographic re-construction of the bathroom in her apartment. Patrick McWhirter will present a series of three sculptural pieces and Kelley Van Dyck will present an enormous lotus built with fiberglass and industrial pigment.
The show will open with a reception for the public Friday, April 25th from 5- 7 pm. The show will run through graduation, May 17th.
