The Fellowship Committee will consult the head of the Study Abroad Department to verify that the creator of the fellowship has, to the best of his or her ability, prepared adequately for international travel.

Calculation of cost

If this activity is taking place during the summer, then multiply the three numbers above times $9.70 per hour times 1.0765 to include FICA to calculate the amount requested for a stipend (FICA is only added for Summer Fellowships)
We will not fund travel to conferences, off-campus housing, or living expenses. We offer student compensation in order to assist with these costs.
