All Rhodes employees can access CONCERN, an Employee Assistance Program. CONCERN provides counseling services to employees, their partners and members of their households at no cost. Counselors are licensed or certified seasoned professionals. CONCERN can help with problems such as:
- Marital and family relationships;
- Trauma;
- Alcohol or drugs;
- Grief counseling;
- Gambling and financial problems;
- Elder care issues
