General Description of Position:
The Head Peer Chaplain will identify students with gifts for ministry who would make good Peer Chaplains, interview and select Peer Chaplains, train Peer Chaplains, check in regularly with Peer Chaplains, provide pastoral care to Peer Chaplains, and relay information between the Rhodes College Chaplain and the Peer Chaplains. Additionally, the Head Peer Chaplain will inform the Rhodes College Chaplain when concerns in the community arise.
