However, if Rhodes rents or leases space for its students in a hotel or student housing facility, Rhodes generally would be considered in control of that space for the time period covered by the leasing agreement, so activity there generally would be reportable.
Host family situations do not normally qualify as noncampus locations unless a written agreement with the family gives the institution significant control over space in the family home.
