If you require housing for the semester of your return to Rhodes, it is your responsibility to communicate regularly with members of the Residence Life staff. Please read the following carefully:
Students Studying Off-Campus DURING the SPRING Semester:
If you plan to live on campus the following fall, you must obtain the Housing Registration Form from Res Life over email while you are gone. Use this form to make your request and provide the name of your proxy (the person who will act on your behalf during the housing selection process); submit this form to Res Life by their deadline.
Students Studying Off-Campus DURING the FALL Semester:
If you plan to live on campus the following spring semester, you must put your name on the waiting list in the Residence Life Office. You are encouraged to contact Residence Life late in the fall semester to offer additional input with preferences. Every effort will be made to accommodate your housing requests, but there is no guarantee of housing or of meeting requests.
If a student registers for housing, and then decides to participate in an off-campus study program during fall semester, the registration will be deferred to the spring semester, and no cancellation fee will be incurred.
