Application for Renewal of Funding for Fellowship

Directions

This form is the application to renew funding for an existing fellowship to occur in Summer of 2019, Fall of 2019, Spring of 2020, or any combination of those semesters. The deadline for applications is February 15, 2019.

This form is intended to be completed by a faculty advisor. Any student filling out the form must have the explicit support of a faculty advisor.

A student in an 8 week or longer full time summer fellowship cannot accept any other summer fellowship from the college. If a student is in a fellowship that is shorter than 8 weeks, they may accept a second fellowship as long as the total time between all fellowships is no more than 10 weeks. During the course of a full time fellowship (defined as 35+ hours/week) a student may not hold other substantial employment, as it will not allow them to engage fully in the fellowship activity.

Rhodes will provide housing for the duration of an 8 week fellowship. Students are allowed a grace period of seven days total during move in and move out to use if necessary. If a student needs more that this allotted time, they are advised to contact fellowships@rhodes.edu.

If you encounter any problems with your application contact fellowships@rhodes.edu.
