The Advocacy Committee solicits input from the Rhodes staff community, taking concerns, ideas, and suggestions to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and to other, appropriate ​stakeholders. The committee's process includes vetting staff concerns with the full Rhodes Staff Advisory Council (RSAC) to determine if the relevant topic can be taken up by RSAC directly or referred to SLT or other college resources. The committee continues to act as liaison between all involved stakeholders and remains in communication to seek solutions, reporting progress and results to RSAC throughout the process.
