| Job Description |
Digital MediaLab Assistants answer walk-in or lab users’ questions, write problem tickets and troubleshoot users’ hardware/software problems. They keep the DML lab clean and check equipment. The assistants handle simple requests for library assistance. The DML technician will help with projects (scanning, etc). |
