Full-time faculty and staff who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to receive contributions to a retirement plan after two years of service. Once the employee has completed the required enrollment material the College will contribute a percentage of the employee’s regular salary:

| 7/1/2023 and later | 9% |
The College contributions are 100% vested upon deposit.
