General Description of Position:
The RSAP will assist the Creative Writing program by creating data bases of writing resources and a website or wiki, assisting with/organizing events (and potentially a conference trip), and laying out The Southwestern Review for publication.
Necessary Qualifications
- The candidate should be a Writing and Literature major who has taken at least one Intermediate level workshop, preferably also one Advanced level workshop
- An interest in literary magazines, literary conferences, and the publishing world is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the following is highly recommended: Creating a website or wiki; working with In Design software (though general technical skills combined the willingness to learn particular programs independently will be considered)
- The candidate should have excellent research and organizational skills and be self-directed in their deployment.
