General Description of Position:
As a Campus Safety customer service representative:
- student staff answer phones and direct calls
- communicate over radio in a clear, concise manner
- record communications and tasks
- answer questions from general public, faculty, students and staff
- other tasks as requested
Preferred Qualifications:
Telephone etiquette; ability to prioritize and think critically help
Physical Demands:
Potential employees should be willing to engage in physical tasks when requested
