General Description of Position: 

As a Campus Safety customer service representative:

  • student staff answer phones and direct calls
  • communicate over radio in a clear, concise manner
  • record communications and tasks
  • answer questions from general public, faculty, students and staff
  • other tasks as requested

Preferred Qualifications:

Telephone etiquette; ability to prioritize and think critically help

Physical Demands: 

Potential employees should be willing to engage in physical tasks when requested
