General Description of Position: Coordinates and assists Annual Fund staff on student philanthropic education and participation to include at least one major event open to the student body per semester. Additionally, helps oversee the Senior Gift Campaign, which is a student-led initiative to educate students about the importance of giving to the Annual Fund, and to encourage senior students to make their first gift. This project involves volunteer recruitment and management; event planning, execution and evaluation; communication services; and personal solicitation. The candidate will develop marketing strategies and materials to promote events and solicit gifts. May assist with other campaigns and/or projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), independent worker, outgoing personality, dependable, and good time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm, and an inquisitive nature.

Physical Demands: occasionally lifts/moves boxes, frequently sitting at computer.
