General Description of Position:
Responsible for booking travel for 4 traveling teams (including airfare, hotels, rental vans, and shuttles), manage online video storage account (including updating videos after each tournament), maintain a supply list for the substantial mock trial equipment closet, assist in planning, organizing, and running the fall scrimmage tournament, managing the budget, and assist in planning the national tournament held each March.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word, strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Communication skills are important. Students are often required to negotiate and follow up with representatives from various schools and businesses and have to be comfortable being assertive with our contracts.
Physical Demands:
Minimum physical demands: some lifting under 40 pounds with equipment or long periods of sitting/standing.
