The student in this position works closely with the Director of Fellowships and Undergraduate Research to encourage, support, and promote faculty-mentored student research and creative inquiry, including the Fellowships Program. Tasks include planning and assisting with Fellowships-related events and workshops, tracking Fellowship experiences and activities, assessment of Fellowships, and possible clerical and organizational tasks (such as maintaining Fellowship files and writing for webpages and social media).
Outstanding organizational skills and proficiency with Word and Excel are essential. Must also be reliable, be able to work independently, trustworthy with confidential information, and able to interact well with individuals from both the Rhodes community and beyond.
Proficiency with statistical analysis and data sets would be of added benefit. Experience with Qualtrics or other survey software is also valuable.
