General Description of Position:
The RSAP for Title IX and Gender Inclusion works with the Title IX Coordinator and the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives doing research that directly impacts policy, professional development, and institutional education programs. The RSAP looks for best practices in sister institutions, identifies and schedules external trainings for the institution, and helps develop assessment metrics and applications for Title IX and gender inclusion development programming.
