ACCESS Mentors is guided by student leaders who gain valuable experience through program management. Our tiered leadership structure provides opportunities for students to develop organizational and communication skills while shaping the program's direction.
Each position carries specific responsibilities, from event coordination to budget management, preparing students for professional leadership roles after graduation. The inclusion of a Mentee Representative ensures we remain responsive to the needs of first-year students.
