Help Desk Hours

During the academic year, the Help Desk is staffed by an information professional Monday - Friday (business office hours), and by trained student employees according to the following schedule:

Additional service hours are added toward the end of each semester. During the summer, the Help Desk is staffed from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Barret Computer Labs Information Technology Services maintains three public computer laboratories on the lower and first levels of the Paul Barret, Jr. Library. Barret 033 and Barret 035 are teaching labs. Barret 128 will be used for library instruction sessions and will be available for special use for classes and presentations.
