Report an Incident or Concern

The well-being, safety, and security of all members of the Rhodes College community is a top priority.

  1. Report an Incident - The safety and security of all members of the Rhodes College community is a top priority. We prohibit all forms of misconduct, discrimination, and disrespectful behavior.  This form can be submitted to report violations of the Standards of Conduct or the Honor Code.
  2. Report a Student of Concern - Rhodes College seeks to foster a community of care and support that relies on the involvement of all College community members. This report has been provided to encourage faculty, staff, students, and other community members to share concerns about students who may be struggling with personal or emotional difficulties or who may be exhibiting concerning behavior.
  3. Report a Title IX Concern  - The Rhodes College Sex/Gender Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy applies to all members of the Rhodes community. This policy prohibits all unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation in any educational program, educational activity or employment decision, which means all academic, educational, extracurricular, and other programs and operations. The policy was developed to reaffirm Rhodes College’s institutional values, define campus community expectations, and to provide for prompt, fair, and equitable procedures for determining if this policy has been violated.
  4. Report a Bias Incident - The Bias Education Response System (BERS) allows community members to report bias-related incidents and microaggressive behaviors.
  5. Report an Incident/Concern as a Silent Witness (ANONYMOUS) - The Rhodes College Department of Campus Safety is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful campus environment for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Crime on our campus interferes with the learning process, disrupts the quality of life, and indirectly increases tuition. Yet we realize it can be uncomfortable for people who witness or are aware of criminal activity to report this information. To this end, we are providing a completely anonymous method of sharing information with our department. So whether you saw it, heard it, or merely heard about it, you can help us keep the campus safe by telling us.
