Student Organization Conduct History

In an effort to promote transparency and accountability, Rhodes College publishes the Student Organization Conduct History for all Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and Affinity Groups (AGs). This report is intended to help students, families, and the campus community make informed decisions about organizational involvement.

What the report includes:

  • All violations of the Standards of Conduct
  • Incidents involving any RSO or AG.
  • Records dating from August 1, 2018, are maintained for a period of seven (7) years.
  • Records for organizations that have been suspended or removed from campus will be retained indefinitely.

What the report does not include:

  • Any charge for which a student organization was found not responsible.

Schedule of Updates

Rhodes College updates records to the list as conduct outcomes become final post-appeal period.  We remove eligible records within 30 days of the end of each academic semester.

Rhodes College will regularly update the report before the fall and spring semesters. Each report will note the date of the last update. For ease of use, the information is presented by student organization name, in alphabetical order.

Questions about interpreting the report or organizational conduct policies may be directed to the Office of Community Standards at communitystandards@rhodes.edu.
