Leadership and Support for Student Success 

Welcome to the Office of the Dean of Student Success. The Office of the Dean of Student Success helps students navigate academic challenges, institutional processes, and key decision points that may affect their ability to persist at Rhodes College.

This office provides strategic leadership for campus-wide student success and retention initiatives while also serving as a central point of guidance for students experiencing academic standing concerns, considering a college withdrawal, or planning a return after academic interruption.

The Dean of Student Success works as an advocate for student success within important campus review and support processes, helping students understand options, connect with resources, and move forward with clarity.
