Rhodes RISE Summer Internships

- Church Health has a variety of internship positions, including a dental intern, an eye clinic and optometry intern, an intern in the Well, and more.

UTHSC HCOP Pre-Matriculation Program
- We are in the process of recruiting rising juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in Medical Laboratory Science, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy for our HCOP Pre-Matriculation Program.

Baptist Summer Scholars
- The deadline for this application is February 13, 2026.
- A completed application consists of a completed application form (one-page document), a personal statement, and a current resume.
- The 4-week program will be offered in two cohorts: May 11-June 5 and June 15-July 10.

UTHSC Undergraduate Summer Experience in Neurology (USEN)
- USEN is a two-week program where selected students from local universitieswill shadow UTHSC Neurology faculty and participate in didactic sessions.
- The goal of this program is to expose participants to a broad overview of neuroscience and clinical neurology so that students can gain more from their shadowing.
- This program includes a mentorship program where students will be matched with a Neurology resident that they will meet with throughout the program.
- This resident will remain available for further mentorship and to help the student arrange additional shadowing/research opportunities.
- This year, the program will take place from May 18th — 29th on UTHSC Campus in downtown Memphis.
- The deadline for students to submit applications will be March 1st. Final decisions will be made by March 14th.

Rhodes Institute for Regional Studies 2026
- This is an eight-week summer research program in which students of any major pursue research and creative projects through the regional lens of Memphis.
- The program provides a $3,520 stipend, housing, F11 credit, and unparalleled opportunities to explore Memphis.
