This is a sculpture made from yellow, red, burnt sienna, orange, and green painted cardboard tubes hung from wood. Each tube has horizontal stripes of color that match up to others creating long horizontal stripes .The tubes are hung vertically to each other.

This is a sculpture made from painted cardboard tubes hung from wood. Betty Gilow created this sculpture in 1980. Gilow was hired as a part-time instructor of art for the 1981-82 academic year at Rhodes College. She retired from Rhodes in the spring of 1994. She presented her work in the Clough-Hanson Gallery on two separate occasions: once in 1981 with her paintings and drawings, and again in 1991 at an exhibition entitled Color Sense.
