Sample Curricula

The Rhodes curricula below are examples of how a student can complete the requirements for the various engineering paths. The courses in boldface type must be taken in the first year. The remaining foundations courses can be taken in any semester. These sample curricula assume the following:

  1. the student has completed a course in differential calculus in high school. If not, Math 112 must be taken in the first semester and other math courses moved to subsequent semesters
  2. the student has placed into the 102 level of their chosen language. If the student placed into 101 or chooses to start a new language, an additional F10 course must be taken.
  3. the student is able to take a few courses that fulfill multiple foundations requirements (i.e., a single course that fulfills both the F9 and F11). Course offerings of this type vary by semester and those shown here are examples only.
