The Counseling Center supports the College’s commitment to diversity and is committed to being a safe, welcoming, and affirming space for all students and especially active in creating a culture of acceptance for marginalized populations. Counseling Center staff members are expected to take steps through continuing education, supervision, and personal reflection to broaden their understanding and appreciation of perspectives and life experiences different than their own.
