In addition to our regularly scheduled events, the office staff and peer coaches can deliver a presentation for your student group. Please make your presentation request at least two weeks before your event.

- Preparing for Finals This workshop covers time management, productivity, and handling stress during final exams.

Furthermore, the office staff and peer coaches can inform first-year students about the ALR Office's programming and and answer other questions for any First Year Seminar class without requiring that a presentation be prepared.
