Dietary Accommodations

Bon Appétit Management Company, the food service provider at Rhodes College, specializes in scratch-cooking, using fresh local and seasonal ingredients. To serve the needs of the campus, Bon Appétit provides a variety of menu options and has designed the program to be as inclusive as possible. Students will find abundant plant-forward and vegan options, as well as menu choices that are made without the top-9 allergens every day. For more information, visit the Bon Appétit website.

The Bon Appétit team is well-trained in food allergy awareness and can work individually with students to help them navigate their dining options. Bon Appétit's Southeast-Midwest Regional Dietician, Dan Connolly, is also available to meet with students to develop a plan that may include special meal preparations or access to special products to address specific dietary concerns. Contact Daniel.Connolly@cafebonappetit.com to schedule a meeting.
