Bon Appétit Management Company, the food service provider at Rhodes College, specializes in scratch-cooking, using fresh local and seasonal ingredients. To serve the needs of the campus, Bon Appétit provides a variety of menu options and has designed the program to be as inclusive as possible. The Bon Appétit team is well-trained in food allergy awareness and can work individually with students to help them navigate their dining options. Bon Appétit's Southeast-Midwest Regional Dietician, Dan Connolly, is also available to meet with students to develop a plan that may include special meal preparations or access to special products to address specific dietary concerns. To Request a Dietary Accommodation
Students seeking a dietary or meal plan accommodation based on disability must complete the following steps.
