Amy collaborates with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and employers to manage a campus-wide curriculum-to-career ecosystem that embeds career readiness across the academic and co-curricular experience so every student can identify, build, and communicate the skills they develop through a Rhodes education.
Amy primarily works with programming and professional development for juniors, seniors, and grad students to prepare them for a successful post-graduation transition. Jessica works with students to prepare for and apply to our Academic Internships program. She also works with students interested in paid internships, international internships, and our NYC Internship program. Additionally, Jessica manages the Career Closet. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Jessica is well equipped to assist Rhodes students in finding the right internship for their academic and professional needs.
Precious works with first-years and sophomores; she finds joy in working with students, guiding them as they discover their unique paths in life. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone feels supported to grow and thrive. Whether it's through mentoring students, or designing career development strategies, or advocating for DEI in professional spaces, she is always striving to make a positive impact.
