How students use the testing room:

  • Register with the Office of Student Accessibility Services to gain fob access to the room.
  • Schedule an appointment online to use the testing center.
  • Bring your fob and Rhodes ID to the Check Out Desk. Tell the front desk workers that you are taking a test, and they will assist with the process from there.
  • Take the test in the Testing Room.
  • When done, return the test to the Check Out Desk.

How faculty provide tests for students:

  • Download and fill out a test cover sheet for each student registered with the SAS Office who is taking a test.
  • Bring the tests and cover sheets to the Library Check Out Desk at least one day before a student is to take their test so staff can process the items.
  • Pick up all the tests from the Check Out Desk after the tests have been taken.
