Advising Appointments for Fall 2025 registration have begun. Students should make an appointment to meet with their advisors by April 2, 2025.

Wednesday, April 9 @ 7:30 am - Class of 2027 Registration Appointment

Spring 2025 Reminders
Students may request a course withdrawal from February 6 - April 11.
Students may request to take a class on a pass/fail basis until April 11.

College Transfer Reports
Please submit College Transfer Reports to Rhodes Express at express@rhodes.edu. Processing may take up to two weeks.

If you graduated in August 2023 or before, you can order a replacement diploma by submitting your request in writing to the Registrar′s Office via mail or email to registrar@rhodes.edu no later than March 1st. The cost for a replacement diploma is $50.00 and payment may be made by check or by credit card. If paying by credit card, please call Rhodes Express at 901-843-3278 to pay over the phone. Please include the address where you would like the diploma to be mailed via FedEx. Replacement diplomas are ordered at the end of each academic year in conjunction with the diploma order for May Commencement.
