Full-time faculty and staff who work at least 20 hours per week, are eligible to receive contributions to a retirement plan after two years of service. Once the employee has completed the required enrollment material the College will contribute a percentage of the employee’s regular salary:
Regular budgeted salary | College contribution = 9% |
(Employees whose positions are dependent on outside grants are not eligible for this benefit).
