Benefits Choices

Rhodes faculty and staff may choose from four health plans, two dental plans, vision insurance, and a healthcare reimbursement plan.  These plans provide coverage in the event of an illness or injury, encourage preventive care, and allow employees to save on their federal income tax.  Employees may enroll eligible family members, including spouses, domestic partners, and eligible children up to age 26.  

Employees and their family members who are enrolled in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee (BCBST) plans have access to various discounts on goods and services.  Click here to find out more!
