Retirement

Rhodes has established a 403(b) defined contribution plan to help employees save for retirement.  Faculty and Staff who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to receive employer contributions after two years of service.  All faculty and staff are eligible to defer their own compensation to a Supplemental Plan.

Full-time faculty and staff who began employment prior to January 1, 1995, may be eligible to continue benefits under the College Health Plan upon retirement.
