To obtain the highest level of benefits for both plans you must use PPO providers. The primary network is Partner Solutions/Baptist Select. You may search for providers on the HealthSmart provider website.
Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, health plans are required to disclose in-network negotiated rates and out-of-network billed and allowed amounts for all covered services. You may find the applicable rates for the Rhodes plan at this site, hosted by Healthcare Bluebook.
HealthSmart Benefits is the third-party administrator for both health plans. To request an ID card, ask about a claim or obtain help finding a PPO doctor you may call Customer Service at 1-844-792-4159 or go online to their member web portal.
Employees and dependents who are enrolled in either College health plan can create a secure login for this site. Once you are logged in you can access your own benefits online, ask questions, request an ID card and even view your claims. HealthSmart has provided instructions for creating an account.
