1095-C Tax Forms Available in Workday
Your 1095-C form for tax year 2024 is now available in Workday. You can find it in the "Benefits and Pay Hub" or by typing "My ACA Forms" in the Workday search bar. If you are a former employee who no longer has access to Workday, please contact Human Resources at (901)843-3750 or HR@rhodes.edu to request a form.

Open Enrollment
Open enrollment happens each year during the month of May. Any selections you make will take effect on July 1st. Please contact HR if you have experienced a qualifying event and need to change your benefits outside of the open enrollment period.
